Aid Watch thanks NPA for its cooperation. The historical part of this text was written after interviews with two NPA advisors, Mr. Øystein Botillen in Oslo in September 2002 and Mr. Per Ranesta by email in June 2005. The NGO's profile was then sent for discussion through email on Feb. 28 2006 and got no reply. Aid Watch remains open to remarks from NPA members who would like to provide further information or clarify some of the above-mentioned data.
